Vicario Dibley’s wobble in the Unfairs Cup seems to have spread to their league form and Mo Salah, Mo Problems, RayStar RoyCo and DNB FC look set to make a battle royal of it if they slip any further.
But before I give you the league update, the final round of the Unfairs Cup qualification took place this week and it was nip and tuck all the way before the eight qualifiers were identified.
In group one, Vicario Dibley were unceremoniously dumped out and finished bottom of the group that was won by Kung Pau Torres, unbelievably, with Sporting Abeergut qualifying in second.
In group two, DNB FC qualified with four out of four and twelve points, with Mo Salah grabbing second spot on goal difference.
In group three, Game of Stones qualified top, with Half a Mill Phil in 2nd.
All of which meant the two lucky losers who qualify with the best two finishes outside of the top two were Roy Division and RayStar RoyCo who both managed seven points.
Despite Mo Salah qualifying with just six points, poor old Eze Star All Stars miss out on goal difference in group two but then by just a point as a lucky loser. Unlucky.

In the league the charge is on, with RayStar RoyCo and DNB in hot pursuit of the top two as we near the final stretch. Can Vicario Dibley hold on?
